Excellent, efficient quotation process. Received quote in summer and booked elm trim pruning for October. Friendly team arrived as promised, consulted with me and then did a fantastic job trimming the elm. Removed all debris and left it very tidy. Invoice arrive and it was exactly as quoted. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed

Kudos to Matt and his team! I was so impressed. They managed to remove an oversized 30 year old chest freezer from our basement. I did not think it was possible but they measured and calculated and after removing the stair railing they got it up the stairs around a tight corner and out the door without a scratch to any wall! After replacing the railing, they loaded a stove, dryer, BBQ and a garage full of junk and toxic waste, swept the garage and driveway and locked up for me so I didn't have to wait for them to finish. Super friendly, professional and efficient. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend then to anyone who may have a challenging appliance removal issue.

Shannon and her team were outstanding from start to finish. I needed a Huge Spruce and 3 other trees removed on an emergency basis. Shannon arrived within one hour of my call, gave the most reasonable quote and arrived the next day to complete the work. Her team was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and the hardest working I have seen. Four trees down and the yard cleaned spic and span in 2 hours!! Thanks Shannon. Looking forward to having your team back to do more work.

I needed to expand the capacity of my electrical panel and install four fault protected exterior plugs and a dedicated circuit for a sump pump. Two electricians advised the panel was too old to expand so a new panel or subpanel was required. Rob took one look and advised a new panel was not necessary. The existing circuits could be twinned to double the capacity of the panel at a substantial cost saving. The City initially declined the permit because the new circuits were not made or approved by the panel manufacturer. As the panel manufacturer had been bought out and no longer existed this was a problem. BUT Rob did not give up. He worked with the City and the new owner of panel manufacturer to overcome this issue and the work was completed as planned. Just amazing! Rob and his team were a joy to work with throughout.

Thank you for the review. Sometimes you have to think outside the box. Your project was a game changer for sure, we overturned a bylaw that the city maintained and it was in your favour. Thanks again
