Following a massive water intrusion in April 2017, wallboard removal and the waterproofing outside in October, we waited until this spring to start the inside. The internal basement repairs were completed on time and under budget. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of workmanship completed by John. It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with him. His work was excellent and without reservation I recommend him and his firm. They will be returning to remodel another room in our house.

Their representative Blair was prompt, very friendly and most helpful in getting the job done in very short order. He went above and beyond what I have experienced from other service representatives. I highly recommend this firm and Blair to do any plumbing job which an owner might not want to tackle on his own. Same day prompt service was most appreciated and unexpected these days. What a fortuitous find on the Google search site. Paul and Ari were just around the corner providing great service and help to, I bet, another very satisfied client. I explained to Paul my situation and he said he would be over as soon as he had finished with his present task. They came in, quickly assessed the situation, replaced six damaged hinges, adjusted the other cupboards in the kitchen and were done in less than an hour. I cannot say enough about their efficient work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help on a project you cannot do properly yourself. I had contacted the firm who did the kitchen renovation and they were not really supportive in having a service representative come and help me. Paul and Ari filled that need today Gold Star or 10 Plus service in my opinion, need I say more.
