My sister-in-law and I hired First Rate Movers to relocate her father with only three days notice at the end of the month when a long term bed suddenly became available for him. Refrigerator was not cooling. Freezer was fine. The technician found that the freezer compartment was frosted over preventing cool air from circulating up to the fridge. He defrosted the freezer quickly with a steamer and tested that that was the cause. He explained everything he was doing and was very polite and tidy. That fixed the problem.

The roof products are excellent quality. The workmanship is second to none and my concerns were always addressed.
