Greening Homes is the embodiment of the integrity of its owner, Chris Phillips. They not only completed our full home renovation on time and with exceptional care and skill, but we actually had money left over in our budget to do some extra work (a back patio). Their crew are conscientious and considerate, knowledgeable about green building and skilled. I would use them again and have already recommended them to friends who have told me they are so glad I did. These guys (and gals) are the real deal.

We found a very unexpected nest of carpenter ants when we put in a new window in my daughter's bedroom. They were joined by silverback termites (not harmful, but lots of them). GreenLeaf answered my call immediately and sent someone out the very same day. Their people were knowledgeable and sympathetic with my need to do pest control in the most environmentally friendly way possible. They didn't "oversell" me more products - in fact, when I asked about preventative pest control they said it wouldn't be necessary for my home. They came back when they said they would to put non-toxic solutions into the floor and wall before it was all closed up again. I feel very comfortable that they used the right non-toxic materials for our home and would call them again if I ever had a bug issue.

Kate and Suzie were helpful from beginning to end of our whole house interior paint job. They were instrumental in helping me finalize my color decisions and respected my need for low or no-VOC paints. Their work was careful and well done. They gave me helpful insights into which types of paints were best suited to which areas (for durability / cleaning / etc.). They were also open to the crazy designs and color schemes my daughters wanted and added creative ideas and solutions to make their rooms match their dreams. Kate and Suzie were also very respectful of our house and belongings, making sure that nothing was unduly disturbed and everything was properly protected. Both my husband and I work from home and they were very respectful and quiet. They worked knowledgeably, quickly and efficiently and our whole family are very pleased with the results.

Kym is so knowledgeable and friendly - you know that when you go to her store, you'll find products that she personally has vetted for their sustainability. Her wealth of knowledge and truly caring attitude make Eco Existence the "go to" place in midtown for all your "eco"-needs. My favorite product she has are her re-useable sandwich wraps - they make litterless lunches truly possible! Kym not only has products in store - but she has a wealth of other local contacts. She helped me find a carpenter to make non-toxic, FSC certified beds for my kids. Really - I can't say enough good things about Eco Existence...it's a wonderful place to find great eco-friendly resources for your home.

The guys came on time and did everything I asked - they were careful with my collection of ceramic plates and porcelain which they hand carried up two flights of stairs and stored on shelves. They then moved all of my boxes in the truck to the storage facility I rented and again - fast, careful and helpful. The guys were friendly and helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough.
