Extremely happy with the entire process. Prompt responses, professional, and most importantly, no hidden costs. Had one fridge moved from a friend's house to our house. Our friends texted us letting us know how friendly the two delivery guys were. When they arrived I realized it was Mr. Moving himself delivering the fridge. Fridge was wrapped in cloth to prevent any scratching and their rate was extremely competitive. Job also included moving our old fridge to the curb. Would recommend Mr. Moving to anyone needing movers.

This is a follow up review on the work VCS Aluminum did last year. We had a concern about our eavestrough leaking. VCS Aluminum was called in to take a look at it, and more than obliging to help resolve this issue.

Our experience with VCS aluminum was an extremely positive one. Vitaliy was one of five quotes we received for vinyl siding and insulation (1200 sq. feet) along with eavestrough, soffit and fascia replacement and redirection on our semi-detached home. Not only did Vitaliy provide insight and recommendations before the project was underway but he also provided his expertise during the project as well. Most impressive was the amount of “add-ons” he included; for example, the takedown of our wooden gazebo. While his quote was in the mid-range, with the inclusion of the add-ons, his quote could be considered on the lower end. VCS aluminum also used higher rated R-Value insulation then some of the other quotes. The project took a couple weeks to complete, but their crew did an excellent job in cleaning up their mess every evening. Purchased a mattress a little over a year ago when it started to sag. Warranty has denied my claim as impressions need to be 1.5 inches or more. Their customer service used to be outstanding but not anymore. 10 year warranty what?

Signed up for one of those deals for eavestrough cleaning and was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I called to book my appointment, to getting a call the day before, to Nathan (the young gentleman that did the actual cleaning) arriving at our door the first thing in the morning, I have nothing but positive things to say. He did laugh when I mentioned I wanted to get my eavestroughs replaced (it's in pretty rough shape) and provided an estimate for me after the cleaning. I was not put under pressure to make a decision on the spot which I appreciated and will be figuring out the finances to see if we can complete this job this year. I know there has been some avearage to less than average reviews, but overall I was happy with our experience with Home Pro Exteriors.
