After being very impressed with a backyard fence and deck build done by Tom and Tom of Rawlinson Carpentry the previous season, our family was pleased to hire them back to redo the front porch on our home. Once again, the quoting process was thorough, the work was done quickly, the team was a joy to work with, and our family couldn't be happier with the results as we now have a safe space to gather in front of our home that also looks fantastic from the street.

From the initial engagement through to completion of the job, our experience with the Rawlinson team was outstanding. Thomas was a great communicator, always making himself available to connect to cover any questions or concerns. He was clear with his plan, upfront about possible challenges, and treated our job as if he were working on his own home. It resulted in a beautiful new deck and fence that our family is excited to enjoy for years to come. They even went above and beyond at coordinating job completion with other contractors allowing us to get to the best result possible. I will be reaching out again for future projects.

My family and I were looking to gain more livable space, so we decided to dig out and finish our 100+ year old home's basement. We luckily chose The Underpinners Inc. for the underpinning work. I'm more than satisfied with Daniel, Stephen and the entire team's work. Just as the first heatwave of the season hit, my air-conditioner decided to fail after 29 years of faithful service. I quickly called Belyea Bros to get a quote on a new unit including installation as they had installed a new furnace in my house a couple of winters earlier which was a very positive customer experience for my family. Within 24 hours of the call, I had a quote and was scheduled for installation later that week as I found the price to be very competitive. The installation was far from straight-forward as there is little head clearance in my basement, but through some very smart metal work, Gio and Paul were able to quickly develop a solve. Their work was professional, they did an excellent job of cleaning up, and they are very nice people to work with. Most importantly, I now have a wonderful new AC that very efficiently cools my house. The product and service I received from Belyea Bros exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.
