Effectiveness of their applications decreased yearly and the time they spent doing it was ridiculous, 5 minutes or less from arriving and leaving to do front and back yard. I also abhor their practice of continuing their service yearly until "you" notify them...pathetic really.

The estimator missed the first appointment and was a week early on the 2nd.The guy who replaced the vent stack damaged my bathroom drywall taking the old one out and the two drywall repair people they referred me to never did show up. The guy who replaced my water tank knocked over his torch and burned my laundry room lino............NEVER AGAIN!!!
