Angelo and Rohan were punctual and very professional. They provided a fair estimate of the work to be done and then went to work quickly removing all the items from my mother's apartment. After they were done they cleaned up and made sure that we were satisfied with the work done. Only after we were satisfied did they ask for payment. They were a pleasure to deal with and we have already recommended them to one of our neighbours.

Yesterday, due to all the rain and still-frozen ground outside out house, we ended up with a significant water leak in our basement through a floor-to-ceiling crack in the foundation. I emailed Antonio and in less than an hour we had a very reasonable quote and we agreed to have the work done the next day. Today Antonio arrived and within a few hours had not only sealed the crack, but he joined the two sides of the foundation together with bolts so the crack would not expand in the future. He had to remove drywall and insulation to get at the top half of the crack and after he was done the crack repair he put it all back and you cannot tell that it was ever removed. He also took the time to cover the crack with cement so that it is hard to tell that there was ever a crack in the foundation wall. I would not hesitate to recommend Antonio to anyone who needs foundation crack repair done in the GTA. We will be having him come back in the spring to do some repair work on our garage. Prompt, professional, talented and courteous. You cannot ask for anything more.

Cordell and his team are hard-working and fastidious and they enjoy what they do. Cordell provided detailed status updates at least once per day and consulted with my wife and me whenever necessary. His meticulous attention to detail resulted in a fantastic-looking end product which exceeded our expectations. After the winter we found a small crack between a few stones in the patio and Cordell showed up early in April (it was very warm that day) to effect repairs. Once again we are impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend Cordell to anyone who needs quality work done around the house.
