Yesterday, due to all the rain and still-frozen ground outside out house, we ended up with a significant water leak in our basement through a floor-to-ceiling crack in the foundation. I emailed Antonio and in less than an hour we had a very reasonable quote and we agreed to have the work done the next day.
Today Antonio arrived and within a few hours had not only sealed the crack, but he joined the two sides of the foundation together with bolts so the crack would not expand in the future. He had to remove drywall and insulation to get at the top half of the crack and after he was done the crack repair he put it all back and you cannot tell that it was ever removed. He also took the time to cover the crack with cement so that it is hard to tell that there was ever a crack in the foundation wall.
I would not hesitate to recommend Antonio to anyone who needs foundation crack repair done in the GTA. We will be having him come back in the spring to do some repair work on our garage.
