Shortly after purchasing our 50+ year old home, we removed old carpeting to discover hardwood flooring. We contacted a few hardwood floor specialists. We decided to go forward with Alf's Flooring as we felt he was upfront and honest from the beginning. He explained the process, and his recommendations and why. Simply put, he was treating our home as if it were his. You can't ask or expect more than that. The outcome was superb, beautiful floors and attention to cleanliness. We highly recommend Tom!!!

Dan Fanelli's attention and listening skills are top notch. It's what you want and expect when you are investing in home renovations. Dan's core team is exceptional, I can't say the same for some of his trades that are specialists in their craft. I made a point of mentioning this to Dan and he was thankful that I did. Hopefully he has addressing these shortcomings. Otherwise, I have had them back for other projects because of my overall satisfaction.

From start to finish, Zednick and his crew were great. The estimate, the process (addition of baffles to maintain air circulation), and willingness to answer any questions we had we well received and addressed promptly. Too many contractors don't even bother returning your calls, whereas Zednick answers all his calls himself. I highly recommend them!

From start to finish, the whole process was as we hoped for. My wife and I are very satisfied with the end result. The process was not complicated, it began with a site visit and discussion of what we wanted. Geoff Aucoin (owner) provided a drawing, his crew (not outsourced)arrived on time, built the deck to specifications (which exceeded minimum code)and the finished product looks great! They will be at the top of the list when we go forward on the next deck project.
