My second review :D I noticed there was a leak in the basement, I thought it could’ve been the basement washroom, or my guest washroom which we hardly use. It was actually an issue with a furnace. I contacted Nazir and he came within 24 hours to fix the issue. I am so happy to have a reliable source in duct cleaning and furnace expertise.

Attic Rodent Problem - Mice, Rats... or Paranormal Activity?
I heard some noise coming from the attic. I searched Youtube for the sound and it sounded like mice, rats etc, so I decided to contact a contractor to help me resolve an issue. I researched for 1 week to find the best contractor. (money, ratings, customer service, integrity etc) I am very happy with my choice. He came on time as he promised between 10-11am on a Saturday. Kept good contact on the phone via text to make sure he was on time. He went into the attic, and addressed all my concerns. I lucked out, there was no issue with any rodents, it was just a attic fan vent making a noise. However, some people actually do have problems with rats/mice and other nocturnal animals.. and this contractor is the man for the job. so, I highly recommend him for his customer service, knowledge, and integrity.

I contacted at least 50 duct cleaners, and this guy is the best and the right guy for the job. He has really good customer service via e-mail. very easy booking via e-mail. He showed up on time as promised. very polite and friendly, and took his time to explain everything. I will recommend him to friends and family.
