Gingers has an excellent selection and friendly staff. I was treated very well and given excellent information to help in my selection of a new toilet to fit a very small bathroom. Toto was the way to go and Ginger's helped make this a very easy decision.
I was very impressed by the very extensive and good selection. This is a must stop place to look for tile. The only negative is that there is a lot of paperwork to be filled out if you ever have to return something, although there were no problems when I had to return a soap tile that didn't fit my decor.
This is an excellent location to visit as it has an extensive selection plus access to a lot of other related shops that are fun to browse even if not buying (some very high-end merchandise!). A recommended visit if you are renovating your bathroom.
We bought our kitchen sink and faucet from Taps. While both were initially excellent, our faucet ceased up and wouldn't work. We went back to Taps over a year later and they gave us a replacemenet ceramic cartridge. The tap still wouldn't work so they replaced the entire faucet at no extra charge even though the warranty had technically expired..
