Repaired washer under warranty and Sam fixed it up nicely even though the type of repair was not in the scope of the warranty. Outstanding clean up job done as well.

I had 11 Duct vent cleaning + AC coil + Disinfectant service done for my townhome. Communication was prompt and responsive both on Homestars and the follow-up calls. Quotes were as originally agreed and I did not get any surprise charges; Prestige Duct Cleaning gave a very competitive quote compared to other companies. Two gents showed up at the estimated time window and were in uniform. Both were professional and courteous. When I requested, they even showed me how dirty my vents were by taking a picture (though would have appreciated a picture post-cleaning!). But everything was completed promptly and as requested. Would repeat again!

TLDR: Quality service at an affordable price point, would highly recommend. I dealt with Ali for my project to replace my builder grade stairs carpet (19 years old; 2 landings 17 steps). I had a specific carpet in mind after much research and going to stores Karastan Untamed Chic, which is pet proof and stain free. QUOTE & COMMUNICATION: I was quoted promptly and unlike any other companies, the quote was broken down to Materials and Labour so I knew exactly what I was paying for, amazing start! Much of the other quotes I received were double what I was quoted, with zero explanation as to what those costs were; only explanation was that it is a "custom carpet order". Thankfully Ege is a distributor of Karastan, which gives them a competitive advantage when it comes to pricing. Ali was always responsive with questions/coordination of the project. SERVICE: Ali went the greater mile in terms of service. He came by for the scheduled execution date and removed the old carpeting. I mentioned to him my stairs were very squeaky and helped address this where he could (95% better now, thank you so much!!). In addition to that, he let me know that when the new carpeting is in place, some of the unpainted trims and spindles will show and will look ugly. I was given the opportunity to paint these parts up before he installed the new carpet. He technically did not have to do that, yet he chose to advise so and come back again for a second time. I really appreciated this as now my stairs, trim and spindles look superb. It would have been a nightmare if the unpainted parts were exposed and I had to work around my new carpet. The new carpet looks great, installation itself was prompt (informative and fun, had a great chat with him), carpet was stretched properly, and he cleaned up very well post-installation. I especially liked the way he made the carpet flushed to the bathroom porcelain tile (thicker and higher), great touch. All in all, would repeat and recommend Ege Carpeting & Flooring to others. Ali has been doing this for decades and the service/work shows.

Dave worked on my neighbour and my shared driveway. Look at the before and after pictures and you can clearly see he cares and is passionate about his work and treats paving repairs as a form of Art! His work was so amazing that my neighbour from across the road watched the whole process for 3 whole hours! The work involved: - Pothole repairs - Garage ramp repair - Resurfacing (in a sense) Tools used: - Hot Asphalt - Vibratory Plate Compactor (key) - Industrial paving glue (bonding agent) - Manual tamper (for the nooks and crannies) - Blowtorch!! Satisfaction: AAA+ service and workmanship. First contact involved a detailed explanation about the work and process involved. Dave took his time + The repaired area made it look as if potholes never existed! The slope Dave made is very smooth and is flushed with the garage. Shoveling will be a breeze during the winter! + Dave is courteous of his customers's property (took off his shoes so he did not soil the garage floor, cleaned up thoroughly after the job, trimmed up). + Thorough with his work, nooks and crannies were taken care of using the manual tamper; superb attention to detail. + He had neat tricks of the trade having been in the business for decades, this was evident in the final product. + I appreciate the fact that he respects health and safety. His tools and chemicals were properly secured in his truck. + Dave did not rush through the job and did not cheap out on the hot asphalt. Given the severity of the potholes he compacted them a layer at a time (as it should be done). + The work is guaranteed for 3 years! The pictures can speak for themselves. As I've had the worst driveway in the block, everyone on the block was amazed with the results, I couldn't be happier! Dave really poured in his 200% into this restoration and has made our driveways more pleasing than ever before. Great job again Dave!! I definitely recommend Dave's services to others, you will not be disappointed. Do give the man a few glasses of ice cold water, he works very hard :) P.S. Dave, I would appreciate getting that e-mail invoice, thanks!

Daniel and his partner worked on building a ramp to the garage for my sunken driveway. My neighbours did the same another company last year and I only could manage to do it this year. The work involved: - Used bagged cold asphalt and a manual tamper to build the ramp - Spray type sealer that was used for sealing the driveway
