Three little Pigs completed my foundation parging three years ago, and they did a great job.A few issues surfaced and they needed to be reparged. Because of Covid they were not immediately available, this was understandable, they did however keep in touch during this time. Rhett from TLP came out the other day and has now resolved the issues beyond my expectation. Rhett was friendly, an organized worker and did an excellent job. I would recommend TLP for your next job.

David was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions as to what needed to be done. The team that completed the job were excellent. Even though it was cold out they did not cut corners, they were well organized, on time and courteous. At the end of the job they asked asked me to review the finished work to ensure I was completely satisfied. I would recommend Three Little Pigs to anyone needing similar work.

We had two garage door installed as well as capping for the framing. The finished product looks great. Even though there were a few minor issues, Dodds customer service went out of there way to resolve the issues. I would use Dodds again and recommend them to others.

Purchased two identical furnaces for different houses, and one furnace isn’t working to my satisfaction. We had a service technician come to the house for an after hours service call and his response was "everything is fine we just need to get accustomed to the furnace". The thermostat is set to 79 F and the house is still uncomfortable between furnace cycles, sadly, the old furnace was doing a much better job at heating the house. Still not convinced the furnace is operating correctly, I spoke to the office manager who promised to contact the service technician and get back to me with a response. Two weeks have passed and I have yet to hear back from him. I am hesitant to place a second call as the office manager came across as I was annoying him. Even though the company's sales department was great, the after purchase support is lacking to non existent. I am hesitant to make subsequent purchases.
