Purchased two identical furnaces for different houses, and one furnace isn’t working to my satisfaction. We had a service technician come to the house for an after hours service call and his response was "everything is fine we just need to get accustomed to the furnace".
The thermostat is set to 79 F and the house is still uncomfortable between furnace cycles, sadly, the old furnace was doing a much better job at heating the house.
Still not convinced the furnace is operating correctly, I spoke to the office manager who promised to contact the service technician and get back to me with a response. Two weeks have passed and I have yet to hear back from him. I am hesitant to place a second call as the office manager came across as I was annoying him. Even though the company's sales department was great, the after purchase support is lacking to non existent. I am hesitant to make subsequent purchases.
