I contacted Andy to repair a couple of small leaks in our solarium. He was quite responsive and promptly came out for an estimate and provided an explanation of the work that needed to be done. One of his crew members showed up on time and completed the work efficiently. The team was very courteous and seemed honest and reasonable. I appreciated the open communication that Andy kept - he texted me if the work had to be postponed due to inclement weather and followed up after the repairs were complete to answer questions and ensure we were satisfied. Overall, I’m happy with the quality of work and service and would not hesitate to recommend Andy and his team.

We have used their services for rug cleaning and repair and we're happy with both . The repair was a bit on the pricey side, but the job was done professionally and promptly. They even left us a rug to be placed in our bedroom until our rug was returned and picked up and dropped off. Much appreciated.

Starting with the consultation and estimate all the way through to finishing the last details, they were always prompt, courteous, and professional. Timing was very important to me, and Priority Plumbing always made sure to dispatch Brandon as soon as possible to get the job done in a tight schedule. Brandon was a pleasure to work with - friendly, always smiling and giving great advice. He would work late and even on weekends to get the job done for me and even wore booties and always cleaned up after himself, which I, as a neatfreak, really appreciated. The quality of the work was excellent and I couldn't be happier with the results.
