We just got our floors done and we were looking to have the Baseboards painted along with the living room, kitchen, and upstairs & downstairs hallways. We were having a hard time finding someone as a lot of the companies were booked. We called Miko and although he was booked, he was kind of enough to squeeze us in. We left him our key and he had the job done in 3 days. Miko was very professional and our house looks amazing! It looks like a completely different house! I left a message for Tom letting him know I wanted to add another lock to our front door and to fix a sticky lock on our downstairs bathroom door. Tom was prompt in his response, completed both jobs in 45mins and the cost was reasonable. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbours!

I called Java Electric and they came by the next day for an estimate. Their estimate was very reasonable and they were ready to work that day however I had other committments. They came by the next day and they arrived 10 minutes early. They changed 11 light fixtures and installed a stove hood in 3 hours which was an hour less than the estimated 4 hours. They were extremely patient as I didn't have all the required light bulbs. They supplied 2 bulbs for the stove hood, at no charge. They improvised when one of the motion light fixtures was too high to fit over the garage. I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism and will definitely refer them to friends and neighbours!

We had a leak and suspected that it was coming from the living room ceiling and when George came and inspected it, he advised us where the leak was really coming from. We also wanted to have our bath faucets and shower head replaced and was very pleased that he had one ready to install. He was very patient and explained clearly what he was going to do.
