I bought some windows from Encore to install myself and had no problems whatsoever. The product they supplied me was exactly what I ordered and I am happy with the service I was provided.
Unlike the other reviewer, Roman had problems at my place. Firstly there was a lot of paint being sprayed on everything uncovered. Secondly, one room was primed, but not prepared properly and I was left to clean up the mess. Likely I will have to re-drywall the room rectify. I was hoping to save some money, but in the long term this will cost me a bundle. I will look elsewhere in the future.
Quality and service of my new roof were excellent. The people were very polite and professional too. Price came in at much more than quote so I'd be careful with this.
Hi I'm not sure who wrote this review, but I remember doing one roof and we had to replace all the roof boards with new plywood sheathing. This is a rare occurance but it had to be done.
