Joe and his crew Taras and Tommy are professional, energetic, very skilled, friendly and dedicated to customer satisfaction. The team offers very good ideas as well. Joe makes sure the customer is aware of the work being done and takes multiple checkpoints to ensure customer is aligned to the progress of the work. Resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

All the people I encountered on the phone when I called to ask for information and to request changes to my original order were courteous, helpful and professional. Information regarding the services I ordered are clearly explained on website and also reiterated by customer service staff.
