Absolutely unscrupulous business practices. They provide inaccurate information on their website about availability dates, then they hold your money for months without communicating, then, when your fridge is ready for delivery (because you finally call to ask what's going on), they charge you more, the Sales person you spoke to has left the company and customer service have no power to fix anything (you always have to talk to the revolving Sales team). Nobody on the Sales team has any power to compensate you for your lost time, damage to your house from inexperienced movers, interest on the money they've held or any other problems, and the Sales "Managers" who "approve" discounts are unavailable to speak by phone. Overall, a dishonest company that makes it impossible for you to be treated fairly. On top of the above problems, the despite the Salesperson repeatedly confirming a morning delivery, when delivery info arrived at 5pm the night before, its confirmed for a 1:30-5pm delivery window and again, customer service can only offer a sorry and we can connect you to the Sales team if you want to cancel your order. No compensation for dishonest salespeople or accountability.

Crap quality. 4 hours late (I had to call multiple times for update). Tech spent 10 minutes, didn't even look at evaporator or interior fans, didn't check the front display panel for errors and generally didn't do his job but jumped immediately to the conclusion that it's a "slow Freon leak" and requested $180 to start looking for the leak. After that, the repair is supposedly $1,000. "Amy" from "customer service" called the next day to offer 10% off labour on the repair, but nothing off the initial service call and nothing off the service to look for the Freon leak. It's a Samsung fridge that's less than 2 years old and hasn't been moved.

Extremely quick response to website enquiries and very knowledgeable! Cleared up a lack of information provided by the manufacturer (Samsung) and were able to coordinate service quickly for a broken fridge.

A hinge component broke on my shower door made by this company (after approx. 8-10yrs of everyday use). Repair is quoted to me at $500 (part: $30 and labour: $470, incl. tax) and scheduled to arrive within 2 weeks.
