I was worried that SU was so busy with installations that they wouldn't have time to fix a leak in my skylight - especially since they hadn't installed it in the first place. However, they were responded quickly, got someone out within a couple of weeks and followed up with photos of the job. Nice people. Good experience all round.

I had some drain blockage (tree roots, of course). Vitaliy came and scoped it out and went to work a few days later. The service was prompt and Vitaliy updated me regularly. He was clear about what was needed and ready to answer my questions. Also, the mess was carefully contained and afterwards the landscaping was re-placed neatly. He even took care of the rebate application.
