I desperately started calling around on a saturday morning after seeing water damage on my kitchen roof. Tony was the only one who answered the phone. He showed up the the following day on a SUNDAY to assess the situation and offer a solution. He came first thing on Monday morning to complete the work. Not only did he complete the original scope of the project, he went through my entire roof, identifying deficiencies from the initial install and fixing them as part of his original price. Would highly recommend Tonys Roof Repair.

Paid $2000 to have Mike come out and do a flooring install of LVP. Almost immediately we started identifying failures and the unevenness of the subfloor. He was difficult to get in touch with, but did come back once, albiet, ill-equipped for the work to be performed. After that he blocked my number. I managed to get a hold of him on my wife's phone and was given a speal about him moving to Vancouver. My wife and I are devastated; we've had to pay almost just as much as the original install to have professionals come back and repair the failures. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anybody.

I was having my kitchen renovated and was recommended this company through a friend. Aaron was very professional and gave me great recommendations on what was required. They even rectified some issues a previous contractor had errored on free of charge. Have recommended these guys to other friends looking for electrical services.

Had numerous other companies come in and were gone in 15 min. Modern Purair spent over 2HOURS picking up where the other guys were too hasty to get out. I own a few rental properties and was so happy with the service, called them back and had them go to 3 other properties. I've recommended these guys 7 ppl and everybody is extremely happy with the quality of work.
