We are extremely pleased with our new garage door and garage door opener! From the sales associate (Allan) to the installation technician (Matt), everything was done professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner. Allan took the time to explain all our options to us and we were pleasantly surprised to see how much we can customize our selection. Matt showed up within the 2 hour time frame given. Kudos to Matt for an excellent installation!! We appreciated the time he spent with us after he installed to explain how to upkeep our new shiny doors. We have no qualms about recommending Dodd's to our friends and family. Thank you for a job well done!

Chris came and told me exactly which windows needed to be recaulked, and why. The window I called him about had been letting in water (or so I thought) it turned out to be a gap in the angel stone above the window which he noticed, and fixed...fantastic!

We love our new windows and storm doors. Everything appears very 'solid' and sealed well - we notice a difference in traffic noise when the new windows are closed. We had dealt with a very large company previously for some door replacements, and been disappointed with the quality of the installation, and responsiveness from their sales and service teams. The Lumina salesman was very responsive to any questions, and got us from product ordering to completed install very quickly. The install itself was done beautifully - some rotten wood was found during removal of the old windows, and the replaced wood/capping has a much more professional finish than what was there when the house was newly built. I will definitely be dealing with this company again in the future.
