Thank you Jay and crew. I am so very pleased with the work that was done to our front yard. I know this wasn't a huge job for your company but I appreciate that the work was done when it was promised to be done. The end result is perfect and the price was very fair. When I first met Jay, he was also collecting for the local food bank which impressed me - a company that gives back to the community. If I could rate Green Side Up higher than a 10 I would!

We had a few small plumbing jobs around the house, including installing new bathroom taps, capping off some old plumbing before drywalling. A friend referred us to "Norm the Plumber" who showed up when he said he would and did a good job. His rates were incredibly reasonable and he stuck to the price he quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to use his company again.

We very recently started getting cloudy glass on one of our patio door as a result of a leak in the seal. Unfortunately the manufacturers warranty had already expired last year. I contacted Superior Home Improvements as they had installed all our patio doors and replaced all our windows several years ago. One of the owners came out very promptly to look and checked our other 2 sets of patio doors to make sure they were o.k.. Although we were past our warranty, they ordered and replaced the door at manufacturers cost (which was minimal) and with free labour within two weeks. This is a very reputable company with excellent customer service. We will likely be replacing our front and side entry doors soon and I will definately be giving them a call.

Cornell Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. Chevy the estimator provided a very competitive quote and promptly and patiently answered all my questions. He did not try to sell us things we did not need even though it probably would have meant a larger commission for him. The job was started and completed when promised and at the price quoted. The crew was very courteous and did a good clean up of our property - having cars, kids and a dog we appreciate that no stray nails were left on the property. Our last roofing experience at a different house and with a different company resulted in a few roof vents not being installed and then being billed twice even though we had promptly paid the first invoice - this experience was much better! We would definately recommend Cornell Roofing. Thank you Chevy, Mike and your crew.
