Finally did the eves&soffits after the last 3 years had many other companies not show up. Bart was patient while we chose the colour came by twice to make sure we were good to go. His crew showed up on time, did a great job, the colour came out fantastic as the neighbors told us, good clean up, and the price was way lower than anyone else, i mean lower in the 4 digits. Would defiantly recommend Bart and his crew. Wish i found them sooner.

Great work!! I just moved and decided to clean the ducts after I did some minor renos thinking some of the renos created some dust and air borne debris wow glad I did cause after seeing the pictures of "before" I don't think the house ever had the ducts cleaned!! They did a great job, the return air duct was so dirty they were at it for awhile from both ends. They showed me the "after" and they were spotless. Do your lungs a favour and get these guys to clean out the ducts properly. Great job, price and were very prompt and professional.

Armando is the man!! I got a Backwater valve installed, I just moved in my new place and they accommodated my schedule for the install no problem. He explained step by step what was going to get done, the inspection process and how to get the rebate from the city. Everyone involved from start to finish were professionals. When the job was done they came back and inspected the work to make sure it was done right, no one does that anymore. Don't think twice call up Drainworks and get the valve put in, with the rebate from the city and the great price they'll give you you'll be glad next flood that you don't have crap floating in your basement like your neighbour does cause they didn't call.
