BNID helped us to design our bathroom and change one bedroom into a library with a murphy bed. Barbara was with us every step of the way from designing the layout, choosing fixtures and accessories, finding the right tiles for the bathroom, selecting paints and working with the company designing and supplying the Murphy bed. She always listened to our ideas and was full of interesting suggestions and options for our needs. We were very happy with her work and would use her again.

We had a great experience this time compared to 10 years ago with our previous furnace installation from Enercare. That was thanks to the Senior Energy Management Consultant, Joe C, and the technician installer, George F. Joe was very patient in explaining our options and assuring us that he would find us a good installer. He did not try to pressure us and even stopped by the day of the installation to see if everything was going well. George was a wonderful installer, explaining before and after and even during what he was doing. He very extremely polite and did a great job even leaving everything as clean as he found it. He showed us everything about the furnace before he left. Both Enercare people followed COVID precautions plus more and made us feel very safe.

The owner, Jeff, repaired the faucet with very little fuss and expense. He was very friendly and professional. I liked the online booking system and text message to say he was on his way. I would definitely use t The Great Plumbing Co again.

Nanette is very easy to talk to and has lots of ideas. She gave me ideas for color, lighting, movement of furniture and artwork that really enhanced my living and dining room area. She had tons of ideas for my new kitchen. She made me feel good about my older home. Thanks Nanette for fitting me into your schedule so quickly!
