Rob whom I call the ant whisperer, was prompt and reasonably priced. There was no hassle dealing with him. Called him early in the morning and he showed up early in the afternoon. He took care of our carpenter ant situation fairly quickly, which I appreciated. After the treatment, he provided us with some practical reminders ensuring nothing touches our house or garage. And he advised if the saw dust pile was still around, we could call him again and he would treat it again at no additional charge. Thanks again Rob!

Jon and Mike are a great crew. They were reasonably priced for the work that they did for us and they met their specified time frames for completion. For the job we requested, Jon requested for a 50% deposit upfront which was reasonable and expected. I found them great to work with - Jon was prompt on the phone (if not, he would return my voicemail promptly). Mike is extremely strong and works diligently. I would highly recommend them for drain tiles replacement, they are easy to work with, they get the job done without any hassles or over-the-top suggestions. In addition, they advised us what would be impacted before they started to dig around our place, whether or not plants were to be removed and in our case, rose bushes were restored and are still alive and well but we had to remove our old brick flower bed (which was fine by us!). These guys are wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about the work that they do. They have exceptional customer service. John was quick to come by my place and promptly returned all my calls, if he missed them (which was rare anyway). John and his hardworking crew came by last year around this time to do our roofing and gutter replacement work. This year we had done some changes in our backyard and required their help again to reattach some gutters. They came and went within 2 hours and the work was done well. Thanks again John and Leo for the work that you do. We so appreciate it!

We called a list of other roofing companies for the work on our place. John was the first to respond and answered all our calls (if he couldn't pick up right away), he would always call back. John gave the most reasonable pricing for the work he said he would (and then actually did). Also, we liked that he took pictures of the roof, instead of going up on it.. as we weren't sure how soon we would change the roof. Given how busy he was, he was able to fit us in earlier and had the job completed in a timely manner. On the day of the job, he made sure he was onsite (something he said he would do, and actually followed through in doing). John made clear what he would do, what to expect when he would come with his team to do the roofing. We appreciated how responsive and responsible John and his incredible team is. John not only gave us a reasonable price for the work, he made sure to call us if anything came up. In our case, the skylight on our roof was a custom fit, so he phoned to let us know what had happened when it happened. Overall, I would highly recommend John and his crew for your work. John is very approachable!
