We called a list of other roofing companies for the work on our place. John was the first to respond and answered all our calls (if he couldn't pick up right away), he would always call back.
John gave the most reasonable pricing for the work he said he would (and then actually did). Also, we liked that he took pictures of the roof, instead of going up on it.. as we weren't sure how soon we would change the roof.
Given how busy he was, he was able to fit us in earlier and had the job completed in a timely manner.
On the day of the job, he made sure he was onsite (something he said he would do, and actually followed through in doing). John made clear what he would do, what to expect when he would come with his team to do the roofing.
We appreciated how responsive and responsible John and his incredible team is. John not only gave us a reasonable price for the work, he made sure to call us if anything came up. In our case, the skylight on our roof was a custom fit, so he phoned to let us know what had happened when it happened.
Overall, I would highly recommend John and his crew for your work. John is very approachable!
