Barbara and her team are AMAZING! They did a spectacular job. So much so that I was able to sell my unit for 20% more than any unit had ever sold for in my building!!! Barbara has a keen sense for what will attract buyers to a given space. This is the second time I've hired Barbara, and she is HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Very professional, friendly, easy-to-work with, and great quality movers. I have always dreaded movers because the actual people are not always pleasant to deal with, but these guys knocked it out of the park in all respects. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Barbara was really great to work with. I was very impressed with how she and her team staged my condo. The result was that it sold in less than one day for my asking price...... very happy and would highly recommend her.

We had so much fun staging this lovely penthouse condo -- the clients were very open to all of my suggestions. There was little fuss to prepare and execute the staging. I am told by the realtor, the very first showing put in an offer for full asking price. The clients wanted to sell quickly and they did --m in less than one day!

Sychem's service was amazing. Another contractor came in to my condo in radioCITY, charged me $400 to sit there all day and conclude that the HVAC unit could not be repaired. They proceeded to send me a quote for almost $4,000 to replace it. Someone in the building recommended Sychem, who came and replaced a wire, which fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Very nice staff, very polite. HIGHLY recommended.
