Let me start this review by stating I’m a perfectionist Engineer and Project Manager by profession. So decision making comes with a slew of analysis and my home renovation projects also contain a lot more effort and involvement that the typical contractor’s client. I pay detailed attention to work being performed and I expect to work with vendors that do the same and take great pride in their craft. After much research via reviews here and by word of mouth, I chose Sky Kitchens for my kitchen renovation project this past year. From the very start Gurpreet was a pleasure to deal with. He worked with me (and my many annoying questions) from design through to completion with a smile on his face. He we very accommodating with my requests and their pricing was more than fair and reasonable (considering the many upgrades he threw in for me). The build process was fairly quick and installation was smooth while being led by John who I also cannot thank enough. John paid special attention to our project and personally instructed his installation crew to do the same. I would not hesitate to recommend Sky Kitchens to anyone seeking a professional custom cabinetry project (be it kitchen, bathroom, etc.). Their prices were not the lowest among the vendors I initially interviewed for proposals. But they certainly were not the highest either. Although their work reflects that of vendors who charge a lot more. So Quality and Value would be the two words I would use to best describe my experience with Sky Kitchens. Please give them a chance to prove the same to you on your next project. You will not regret it. PS: this review was not solicited nor am I affiliated with Sky Kitchens in any way. As mentioned I am a perfectionist that knows it is very hard to find good vendors that care about their work and more importantly their clients. I’m pretty picky with it comes to work done to my home and choosing professional services and vendors. I had an exterior painting project that I needed help to get completed. I looked into several vendors whom I provided with the same written job specifications for my needs. Five Star Painting was not the lowest (like the painter guy from the ad on the light pole), nor were they the highest. So their pricing was in the fair range of what I would have expected the job to cost. What sold me to try them was meeting Mike in person. Mike was very professional to speak with, knowledgeable about what they do and gave me the confidence in their ability to give me the quality I sought at a reasonable price. The crew that arrived to do the job was great as well. They were very attentive to detail, cordial and clean. Overall the job went smoothly and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be calling upon Mike and Five Star Painting for my future painting needs.

Found Joe from this site. Called him Monday morning and we talked for a few minutes about my Dryer problems that were so strange that my prior repair man gave up on diagnosing and told me to find a technician. Joe was great to talk to and great communicator. He rearranged his schedule to help us out right away. He knows his stuff and it sure shows through his troubleshooting. He found the problem and managed to salvaged an expensive part (rather than just tell us we needed to buy new part) and got things working again (safely of course as that was his primary concern) and saved us hundreds in the process. He took the time needed to do the job right and provide very high level of service (rare these days). Can not say enough great things about Joe. Our new Go-To Guy for any Appliance needs! After searching for the ideal shed for our smaller sized backyard we found Duro-Shed. They had many design options and styles to choose from and we found the perfect one for our needs. They were just great and helped with out pre-shed construction prep work details and worked with out contractor. Their install was efficient and very professional. I would gladly use them again!

Anita was a joy to work with. She met us at the paint store then our home to review all details of our project. She was very knowledgeable and guided us to choices that were not what we were originally planning but looked AMAZING when done. Our home is one of the nicest on our street now thanks in part to Anita. We will call her back when we do the interior for sure.

After interviewing over a half dozen landscape design professionals, including reviewing their work (site visits) and contacting refrences we met someone who had just finished a landscape project that Jodi had designed for them. They raved about her work and professionalism as did the contractor who did the installaiton. After such a glowing review we decided to give her a shot as her pricing was very reasonable as well. Let me say that it was wonderful working with her and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a great outdoor designer for both hardscape and greenscape expertise. She was extremely insightful and helpful in putting our "vision" onto paper. She is a very nice person and a pleasure to work with. I will do all my future landscape work with her from now on.
