I had Lifestyle replace the majority of windows in my house, they made mistakes on the windows ordered, and they lack a true sense of customer service or apreciation. The worst however is their after service care, I have serveral windows with warranty issues that need replacement and Lifestyle has simply gone silent. Do not do any work with these guys, they are bad news.

Recently moved into a resale home, which has some minor plumbing needs. Leaking faucet in garage and a cracked drain pipe. I called Valentin based on the strong recommendations on Homestars an I was not dissappointed. On time courteous and fixed the issues the same day. He even listened to my concerns and provide cost effective options. He also took the time to inform of how to use and operate certain sections of my household plumbing system I didn't even know existed! I will definitely have Valentine back as I continue to work on my home. Expect the best.

Going on a recommendation by my neighbour I had Atlantic come in and provide a quote for some window & patio door replacement, bad idea. If there is one thing this company is good at its swindling people with their salesmen! Windows were to be installed late Nov. early Dec. It's now late Jan. and I am writing this while the install is happening! Delay, Delay, Delay and now its one of the coldest days of the year! I'll be lucky if the pipes don't freeze in my house. Maybe they will reimburse my heating costs! Not to mention the installers smoke while they work, just what I need a smoke filled house for my wife and kids to return to. Look at the last three posts people, including this one all big fat ZERO's. Their salesmen even had the nerve to state that he was to busy to be at the sales office on a Saturday as I wanted to come in and settle my bill (last day for the HRTC, again due to their delays, I wanted a week day install!) because of "personal stuff". Maybe he should think before he makes such statements, as if I wanted to sit around the house and not be with my wife and kids on a weekend!

I am very sorry to hear of your situation. We did experience a large influx of orders this year as a result of the HRTC. This was felt across our industry and caused some of our suppliers to become backlogged. We are doing the best we can to catch up and are becoming mroe successful.

In regards to the installers, they should not be smoking around the home. I will direct your comments to my installation supervisor as we take all concerns very seriously. Im addition, I would not be concerned about the pipes freezing over in your home, if it were that cold outside, my installers would be unable to work. I understand your concerns with the lower temperatures, however please rest assured we stand behind our products and workmanship, and as such alter the sealants used to accommodate the various temperatures of the year.
