I had a couple of trees along the side of my house that had a few very large dead limbs. The limbs extended far over adjacent properties and could have posed a threat for them. Elite Tree Care did a fantastic job in removing the dead limbs and in pruning out some additional deadwood. There was no evidence of any debris left on either my own or the neighbours' properties. And the trees look great. I am very pleased with the work.

After checking with several roofers, I hired Earl's company based on the reasonable price and the professional assessment and advice. Earl's team did a great job in removing and replacing the flat and shingled roof, installing a beautiful new skylight and updating the flashing, fascia and eavestroughing. The crew kept the site very tidy and clean and finished the project in a timely way despite the brutal heat. I highly recommend EW Smith for anyone who needs work on their roof.

This was the second renovation done by Belyea Brothers Home Renovations for my house. The house originally had a ground floor 2 story living room which did not function well. The kitchen and dining room were cut off and on the floor above. Belyea extended the floor with the kitchen and dining room over the existing living room. That created a beautiful new living room and a den/rec room/bedroom on the lower level. The house works much better now and looks fantastic. David, Piotr and Vlad were extremely professional and the work was of very high quality. I highly recommend the company for any renovation projects that you are considering.

I purchased 4 casement windows from and had them installed by Canadian Choice. They replaced fixed pane windows which could not be opened. The windows look terrific - very high quality appearance - and they open smoothly and easily. They feel very solid. The installation crew did a fantastic job. They were very quick and professional and left the job site spotless. I love the great ventilation I now get from the casements. I have a couple more windows to replace and definitely will be buying them from Canadian Choice.

My house had the washer/dryer located several flights of stairs down in a rather grim basement. The house also had a light well which wasted a great deal of space. Belyea renovated the house to fill in the light well to enlarge a bathroom to accomodate a stacked washer and dryer. Covering the light well also greatly enlarged the top floor walk-in closet. The work was done very professionally and everyone from Belyea was very helpful and friendly. The work was completed on shedule and the worksite was kept clean and organized. The house looks terrific and the addition of the extra very useable space is very welcome and enhances the value of the house. Thanks to David, Piotr and Victor.
