Belyea installed a new mini-duct air conditioning system in our old home (which has radiator heating), as part of a bigger renovation process. Also capped some radiators we removed (and helped move and then re-install others, in order to deal with other projects [flooring installation, etc]). Our contact, Steve, was very professional from begining to end. We never felt stranded in terms of having someone to answer questions for us. Work was completed as scheduled, and clean workspace was maintained.

We had Cosimo and his team paint our whole interior (main and upper floors) as part of a renovation project. Cosimo was quick in responding to any communications, and performed the work on scheduled timelines. Chose Cosimo on the basis of HomeStars reviews, and since he beat out the other 2 quotes we received by a very significant amount. There were a few "detail oriented" aspects to the painting which weren't perfect, but still well worth the overall cost. We referred him to family members that have since had him complete work for them.

Ewen helped us with some woodwork during significant renovations we completed on our house. Fixed existing gumwood wainscoting (which was damaged/broken during renos), installed new wainscoting in a small powder room, built and installed random baseboards, door casings and window casings. Ewen had a great combination of all the traits you look for in a contractor - good response times to communication, stuck to his promised timelines, kept a clean work space, and completed quality work (good eye for detail, which was key for the repairs of our existing wainscoting). In addition to all that, a conversation with Ewen always meant some good laughs - a very pleasant, fun personality to work with!

Milorad was a pleasure to work with! Milorad completed tiling of our main bathroom (including floors, partial walls and full bath/shower area), as well as our main entryways. Very accessible by phone, and always willing to take the time to answer any questions or provide guidance - from the quotation stage right through to completion. Very timely - starting and completing the work in the timeframes promised. Kept a very clean workspace. Excellent workmanship! We'll be requiring help with our kitchen backsplash soon, and will absolutely be calling Milorad!
