Getting the kitchen renovated and needed to purchase a new stove. I did some research on prices in the area and decided to check out Canadian Appliance as they offered the best price. I had the pleasure of dealing with Louie. Louie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He answered our questions regarding the model of stove we were interested and we did not feel rushed in making a decision. We are happy with our purchase and it was within our price range. Was told this place had great selection. There product is garbage. After 6 mths threads were letting go on the the arms and cushions. Called and they took it away to have "cutting specialist" remove threads, what a joke. Came back looking much the same. Now looking to replace only after 4.5 yrs. Poor quality, inexperience staff, and rude management at H.O.
