We recently purchased and installed windows with Galaxy windows. We found Galaxy windows through Homestar because of their high rating, and we were not disappointed. Their service and workmanship were excellent, well deserving of the 10 starts they currently have on Homestars. From the estimate to final installation their attention to detail and service was unparalleled. We were impressed with Galaxy Windows ability to accommodate us. We had a freak accident where one of our previous windows shattered. Alex Adam (owner) and Galaxy Windows found a way to move up installation for us because of this emergency. Dimitri came to give the estimate. Dimitri presentation was thorough and well organized. His expertise in his profession was showcased through-out the meeting. We were very pleased with his information and felt confident in his advice on the type of windows to be installed in each location. Galaxy windows also offered the most competitive pricing for Hometech Windows out of the multiple companies we contacted. There were no delays in the ordering and installation of the windows. The windows were installed by Alex and Vlad. Both were very professional, and had great attention to detail in their work. Their installation on all the windows was flawless. They came on schedule and were actually able to complete the job half a day early. Following installation they cleaned up very neatly. Dimitri also did a final inspection of the windows on the last day of installation. We noticed a slight issue with one window (pewter was not at a perfect 90 degree). Dimitri had the window replaced by Hometech within the week. We did not have to do anything! Dimitri contacted Hometech himself and have everything arranged. The only communication between Hometech and us was scheduling an appointment. We were very impressed with Galaxy windows and would highly recommend them! Their workmanship, accountability, and expertise is unparalleled.

Mat and Steve are very friendly, professional and very thorough when performing duct cleaning, they showed me before and after photos of their work which insured their thoroughness. I will highly recommended to all my friends!!!
