Initially I booked for a re-glazing of our 68 year old bathtub which would have cost over $400. Will removed the old caulking and mold, and used his magic cleaner for the surface, it looked so good! Will said that I should wait to re-glaze for a few years...so honest of him! He repaired a damage and removed the drain for me to take to have plated, he recommended Mayfair Plating and even called them for me! He showed me how to replace it and left me with a tool and the putty. We are amazed at how great our old tub looks. Thanks so much to Will! He then proceeded to help my neighbour who was in distress with a wasp's nest.

If I could give Rob and his team an "11" I would without question.I had a new A/C unit installed a couple of years ago by Reliable so was quite surprised when it wouldn't come on a short while ago. Rob's team were very quick to diagnose that the A/C unit was fine and my old thermostat and wiring to the furnace were the culprits. Rob went out of his way to work around the problem and get us up and running quickly. Rob and his team truly understand how important customer service can be to differentiate a company in such a competitive market.
