We hired Exclusive Construction, Mississauga in Summer 2015 to repave our driveway. Immediately after completion, job looked good. In May 2016, we noticed several thin cracks and weeds protruding through asphalt. Within a few weeks, Diego and his crew patched all that up, in compliance with contract. Diego explained that the reason for the above problems was the extremely hot Summer of 2016. In July, 2017, we could see a continuously increasing number of cracks and weed protrusions through the asphalt. These cracks have grown far bigger by October, 2017, and they continue to do so. Over the years, plaster and paint fell from ceiling because of rain water seeping through roof. Tony re plastered and repainted the entire area, and he did a super job. Tony even went beyond his calling by painting over a window ledge. Moreover, Tony's pleasantness and knowledge of his business are superb. When I need White Shark, I plan to use them again

Excelsior replaced North part of driveway and old-garage base with sod. Excelsior was on-time, reliable, well priced and properly completed the job. The result was that the product looked really good. Come and view the work at 404 Patricia Ave; T.O; M2R-2M9; you would never believe what an ugly mess was there before Excelsior laid the sod. Really good Job was done in October, 2014. I highly recommend Excelsior.

We have used Aviv Plumbing since at least 2003, and each time they did an excellent job. They most successfully repaired ancient plumbing systems. This time, Anthony from Aviv replaced cartridges in faucets, and he went beyond his call of duty. This job was only $180, but we had plumbing jobs done for over $400. I highly recommend Aviv Plumbing.

Bill, Tony and Joel painted upstairs and stairwell to basement. They did a most fabulous job. They, their manager, Roger and secretary are most approachable. They were on time. They successfully dealt with many challenges posed by house structure because previous owner was a "do-it-yourselfer". They are all most pleasant and professional people. They went way beyond their call of duty by fixing structures which were required for painting. They are most meticulous in customer satisfaction. I would certainly use them again.
