Chris was better than advertised. He came to quote painting our whole house within a day of contact, quoted faster than promised, worked around our schedule, was always on time, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. His painting is methodical and meticulous. Our house looks better than it ever has. I know that personality isn't criterion number one when choosing a painter but, Chris is truly a nice guy; he'd fit right into your family barbecue. Sami responded to my inquiry nearly instantly, came out the same day, measured the next. The counter was ready on time...though the installers came a day early and forgot a piece of material because they misread their paperwork. Their early arrival caused some hiccups because I wasn't ready for them; I hadn't unhooked the plumbing or removed anything from the cupboards because I didn't expect them. Needless to say, the job was far from perfect when they left. So why did I give them 10 stars? Sami came personally the next day to inspect the job, to fix the one error, and to clean what wasn't perfect. Even good companies have issues sometimes. Great ones own them, fix them, and make sure that their customers walk away ready to give ten-star reviews.

I bought my hardwood from Alliance recently but did not use their installation services as we had already found an installer and only needed product. They were helpful and friendly from the start, patient with our indecision and our children running around their showroom, and professional to the end. We selected a hardwood at long last but the manufacturer's inventory was incorrect, forcing us to choose new material on short notice. Though the issue was not their fault, they moved heaven and earth to set us up with reps to see samples, helped us choose a new material, and ensured that our new material came in at about the same rate. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
