Once the order was placed, we simply had to wait for the install. Installation was very fast. Neat and tidy. Minor issue was dealt with very quickly. (couple of hours). I would recommend.

Our installers Daro and Chatra did an excellent job. They were clean, efficient and communicated with us all the way. The counters looked fabulous. Would use them again.

We had our quartz kitchen counter top installed almost a year ago. The Slab X product and installation were fine but we have written and called this company MANY times re a problem with a glue seam problem and received no response for about four months. We are repeatedly told were on a list for a technician to visit.

Bad install & customer service.

5 times this company had to come back to fix the counter tops and cabinets we bought from them to install. Upon arrival they completely missed the shelves of the cabinets that we spoke about originally. They scratched off the polish on our countertops when attempting to fix the joint that looked terrible in the first place. When they brought the cabinet shelves they were flaking on the ends. They came back again and the cabinets middle support had been drilled wrong so the shelves were completely crooked. The last time they showed up and they still did not fit properly,(the joints were off by a 1/4”) I had to ask them to adjust what they just installed. While trying to fix them, they were rude. During all of this not once did the owner call us to apologize, chat with us in regards to what was happening. We had to call them each time. Just a complete nightmare! Do not waste your time or money on this company.

couldn't have asked for more. Called...had an immediate reply. Showed next day for quote. Installation as expected and price was fantastic and included a beautiful sink for extra $200. The only thing I didn't realize is that there would be a seam...wish I had been forewarned. Nevertheless, I'm a happy new kitchen owner! I will and already have recommended SlabX!

SlabX completed our kitchen renovations and did an absolutely incredible job. Their creativity, attention to detail, and affordable prices, and high quality of work were the most impressive factors of our renovation. Masood, Yousuf, and Omid are an amazing team and they made sure everything was simply perfect. They built us a custom island with waterfall edges, refaced our cabinets, and build a custom pantry and coffee bar. Would recommend them to anyone looking to complete a kitchen renovation.

We don't usually write reviews, however Slab X was a breathe of fresh air and deserve to be recognized for their outstanding work. Right from the beginning with their quote until the finishing touches they were courteous , diligent and their expertise in ideas and saving us money was outstanding. Masood and his crew went over and above anything we have experienced when dealing with contractors and we would recommend them to everyone.

As much as I liked Masood and as much as I overall love my kitchen quartz kitchen countertops, we had an issue right from the beginning with installation- one area over our peninsula was incorrectly installed resulting in an uneven overhang- you cant even run your fingers underneath it. It also makes the new kitchen cupboard look like it is hanging crooked. We contacted Masood immediately and he came and took a look and agreed, saying his best installer was away but he would send him to take a look. Then Covid hit so it took many months and more phone calls before this gentleman was able to come to take a look. He agreed that it is improperly installed- two solutions were suggested: 1) pull the counter away from wall and add in a strip that goes up the wall like a backsplash, or 2) replace the counter completely as they want us to be "satisfied". We weren't going to do a backsplash as it is no where else in the kitchen and would just look weird, plus its not what we wanted. So we decided to go with a replacement. Then we were told our counter is out of stock but would be back soon. We called Masood about a month later to check on it and it was still not back in stock. We waited a month and called again and Masood promised to get back to us. We called again this past week and nothing- no return call. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. Do NOT make promises you have no intention of keeping Masood. If this error was not in a visible part of our kitchen we would maybe have just let it go- however it is visible and its distressing to see it every single time we walk in there.
Masood positions himself as accommodating, and willing to follow through, but in our case that hasn't happened. We certainly do NOT recommend SlabX- considering I work in real estate and have a good friend who is a well respected local home contractor, its probably wise to always follow through Masood cuz as the saying goes you don't know who your customers know.....

We purchased a counter top a few years ago and the service was amazing .. During covid we encountered a small chip on the counter that we never noticed ..I contacted one of there reps and they advised they would communicate us after covid was resolved and now i can no longer contact through Facebook since the individual blocked me on Facebook ., I dont expect a visit during covid but at least communicate this with the home owner and keep communication going until this issue can be resolved
