My garage door opener is now running perfectly thanks to Chris and Easy Access Garage Doors. Chris was prompt with an estimate and answered questions honestly. Good communication. Very professional and highly skilled. The life of my garage door and the opener has been extended with this work. I would recommend Easy Access to friends and family. We called to have our oven cooling fan replaced. No issues with booking. Service men came at time booked. And they called ahead to confirm they were coming. Part replacement was confirmed after examine the appliance. An estimated time line and price was given for ordering and installing the new part. The new cooling fan arrived and was installed within the expected time and price.

Called Direct Energy for a leaky stop valve in our laundry room, since we were on their plumbing service plan. Booking service was friendly and easy. Technician arrived within 4 hour window time booked. Would have been nice if the plumber could have given a confirmation call just before coming, as the furnace technicians usually do. Otherwise the plumber was courteous, professional, fast and very helpful.

It was great to see Eric and Chris arriving on time, in a professional and well equipped van. They were detail oriented and knowledgable and were happy to explain what they were working on and address any concerns we had.
