I noticed a small leak in my ceiling after some overnight rain so called Mega. Thankfully Mega dispatched Chris the next day (could have done the same day had it worked with my schedule) who was courteous and efficient. Thank you Chris and Mega!

We had our main service moved from crossing the yard overhead (which was a code issue as it passed over our hot tub) to underground. Paul and team installed a new meter at our back-lane garage, added a 200 amp and trenched a main 100 amp line to our house. I also asked Paul, days before work was to commence, to re-locate the hot tub power supply from the house to the garage which he accommodated. From start to finish communication was great, Paul and team arrived on time, were respectful of the property and my time. We had what I thought was a clogged main sewer line so after reading some reviews I decided to give Ducky's a call. Andy was at my house on time and soon after informed me that it was just a gunked up trap that was causing us grief and not the sewer line. He showed me video of the main line all the way to the city connection and then proceeded to clean out the trap. So for the price of the trap clean out Andy basically threw in a peace of mind inspection. I highly recommend Ducky's and will be calling them next time I need a plumber.
