These guys are very unprofessional. After they supposedly completed the roof replacement of the condo building, the site was left a total disaster. I found and picked up 23 roofing nails in the 2 parking stalls out back where they had the garbage bin so I gave them a call to ask them to come back and clean up their mess. I had to leave town for work for a week. When I returned I noticed there were still roofing nails in the 2 parking stalls, along with other materials around the building.

I gave them another call to complain about the way they left the site and I requested to speak to the owner or project manager. They allegedly sent out the owner to do a site walk. This time they picked up all the big pieces of trash and explained how they did a site clean up with a magnetic sweeper and even went above and beyond picking up trash that wasn't theirs. My neighbor says when it rains there are nails that come out of the downspouts. My main concern was all the roofing nails as we have small children and dogs that could hurt themselves on a rusty nail.

So since they didn't want to accept responsibly for their mess I did a clean up myself and I have attached a picture of all the nails and roofing scrapes I was able to pick up in only 15 minutes.

As a professional Red Seal Trademen myself, I believe you are only as good as the way you leave a job. I wouldnt recommend these guys to anyone. It costs $150K+ for a roof replacement and they wouldn't even do a proper site clean up. Makes you wonder what kind of work was done on the roof.

The fascia in the lower roof by my front entrance had water damage and discoloration. I emailed the company with pictures. The next day, I promptly received a call. The following day, Nick came by to inspect the issue and made repair recommendation with actual photos he took after getting on the roof with his ladder. He was on time and very professional.

I then received a detailed estimate of the cost in my email. On the day of the work, 2 crew came by and did the job. The crew, (Chris and Garret(?)) were on time, friendly and professional.

I appreciate all the follow up calls, text and emails leading up to the work day. I did text and call Nick a few times with questions and he was always available and prompt with replies. Initially, a date was set for the work, however, the snowy Calgary weather did not make it safe to be on the roof so the the wok day had to re-scheduled but Nick stayed on top of that.

The work was done well and I would highly recommend this company for any roofing work or gutter cleaning.

Had to replace the roof, siding, eves, flashings, windows, and back door. Made everything right again the brutal storm that hit our home in 2020.

The installers of the siding were efficient and worked long hours to complete the job. They cleared up all debris when job was completed. Brandon the salesman would always contact me with any changes or delays. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had Mega Roofing strip and reshingle our roof, we are very pleased with the amazing job that was done. We had a great crew of guys come out and our property was left very tidy when they were done. Had a little issue with scheduling but in the end it all worked out. We also had leaf guard installed(extra), again another job professionally done.
Mega Roofing was recommended to us and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My house has many large trees that overhang the roof. Following a big storm the leaves will blow onto the roof clogging the eavestroughs and downspouts. The MegaRoofing crew cleaned out my eaves and installed a leaf guard system which is a cover that goes into the eaves keeping leaves out but letting water enter and drain properly via a perforation pattern.

Mega Roofing helped me with attic inspection to identify potential problems causing condensation and downspout extension installation. The crew on site were great, very helpful and explained their findings and recommendations. Asides from the completed work, I have a better understanding of the affected parts of the house and what to watch out for in future. The site crew were punctual and cordial, and kept the living space disruption to the minimum and work area was all cleared up when work was done. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Had a unique leak where the water was damaging the exterior stucco. While I was waiting for the service call, water entered my office after a heavy rain. The tech came a few days later and found at least 8 spots on my roof that needed some sealant and caulking. He also repaired the area that was letting the water into my wall. Great young fellow. Arlie at the office was super nice to deal with. I recommend Mega.

Our eaves were leaking right over the path to our front door. We were quickly able to schedule a visit for the job to be looked at and provided with an estimated cost. The repair was scheduled and done within a week. The timing was perfect and during heavy rain yesterday, there were no leaks. Very happy with the service we received. Thank you.
