The young man who came was totally committing to doing an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. He worked hard and diligently and the results were excellent. My husband does not like the scented deodorants and he used an unscented product. He was prompt, courteous and seemed to go out of his way to please us. Outstanding service.
Furnace repair (and not replacement!)
I send an email and we were given an appointment for the very next day. The technician arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed our problem with a fan on the furnace that was not working. We (rather cynically) had expected to be talked into a new furnace given the age of our existing furnace. But no, he fixed the problem - which required a new electrical board -and even made a repair to our humidifier for no extra cost. The young man was very knowledgeable and courteous. Great, great service.

The actual work done was satisfactory, namely one basement window enlarged and a new window cut out. The company does everything including concrete cutting, supplying the windows, installation and window wells. My biggest complaint is the endless delays to get the project done. Postponements, no shows and excuses. 4 months of waiting. It was maddening. And, the final phase which was the promised repair to our severed irrigation lines never happened. Although we were given a discount because of the delays, I would never use this company again.
