Very impressed so far. Very upbeat phone representatives. The appointment was for between 1 and 5pm and not long after I hung up from making the appointment the technician phoned to say he was nearly here. The phone reps and the technician were well informed and talking with them was a pleasure. The technician looked at the tank and told us exactly what was wrong and how long it would take to fix. We signed up for the maintenance plans, so hopefully our experience with them will be just as good!!

I was worried when our furnace gave up. I found Cool Flame on HomeStars. Dwayne was patient, polite, and knowledgeable. He showed up as soon as he could, and tonight we have heat. Dwayne cleaned-up, and gave us some handy tips. I will definitely use Cool Flame in the future! Thanks Dwayne!

Dean is a real artist and a pleasure to deal with. Dean takes pride in his work, is professional, and produces exceptional customized pieces. He impressed me and my family; and although my project is not yet finished, we are already getting compliments on our oak vanity top. Manny is a fabulous communicator, this project was not the most straightforward one, and had some elements that could have caused quite alot of confusion. I was very pleased with the installation of my solar-compatible tankless hot water system. The men arrived as scheduled and were very professional from start to finish. The cost of the project matched the estimate. They removed my old hot water tank and left it where I had asked them to. When I went to see if the old tank was gone, I was pleased to see that not only was it gone, but my laundry room was otherwise as I had left it (the old tank had been awkwardly boxed-in between two walls, my new washing machine, and behind my laundry sink). I am not sure if they moved the washer or the laundry sink to access the old tank; but when I found them, I was pleased to find that the laundry sink and washer looked and worked the way they had before the old tank was removed. The men worked steadily, they were not rushed, nor were they slow. Berrek was great made sure I was aware of the rebates available, and even sent some rebate information and a form (with the product information filled in for me) with my invoice. I would definitely use Erwood Air again, and I would recommend them to friends. Jane
