My rental hot water tank finally broke, and leaked and made quite the mess. Luckily I had one of those inexpensive water leak monitors and it alerted me pretty quick so I was able to drain the tank before too much damage. This left us in an urgent situation needing a new tank pronto. Dwyane responded in a timely manner, with a fair quote and his guys came within hours to replace the tank and were also good enough to return the rental for me. We also had them install our fireplace years ago and also excellent.

Fan motor went on furnace during brief warm spell just before we were due to head south for a few weeks.
Regular furnace guy had retired and Dwayne was recommended by neighbours.
Arranged for timely repair and furnace working fine as weather turned colder and we had nothing to worry about while on vacation.

I called Dwayne to get my heater serviced as it wasn't firing at the beginning of the pool season. He sent Chris over right away. Chris was absolutely thorough in cleaning the unit, inspecting the temperature sensor and ignitor, and bleeding out the gas. He even came back when I thought I smelled gas and did a quick diagnostic to make sure everything was running smoothly. I appreciate their customer service, speed and professionalism. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
