I had some 'unusual' noises in the furnace. Contacted Georgian Home Services [I had used them before for a tune-up and I was pleased with their service] to come and have a look. Excellent communications throughout both with Cynthia in the office and with Steve the service technician. The problem was solved and I was extremely satisfied.
I appreciated how Tyler from Drain Right Now phoned to let me know that he was running late and he would be there 15 minutes later than our appointment time. My experience has been no call and kept waiting or no-show at all. The sewer problem was dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Sending the camera down the sewer was an excellent learning experience. Tyler and Josh worked well together. Tyler cleaned up the whole working area with detergent and disinfectant. I’d recommend outside covers for the sewer snake and the camera reel. Either hard or soft covers would catch any nasty bits or drops that might remain and leak onto floors when moving from truck to job site. I’d highly recommend Drain Right Now

I'd highly recommend Duct Cleaning Specialists. Paul and Johnny were considerate, efficient and professional. Everything was done in a very methodical and business-like way. At the outset they even suggested that based on what they could see in the ducting, with the iphones, that the cleaning wasn't necessarily needed. We proceeded and extracted some kitchen utensils that previous companies missed. It’s gratifying to know the ducts are truly clean.
