This review is a year overdue. Milorad and Sergen (his son) has done the tiling of our kitchen floor and backsplash as well as our front foyer. With the excellent workmanship, its no wonder that when it was time to tile our main floor bathroom, we were going to call them again. They had a very hectic schedule but Sergen was able to fit our project in. I would recommend their services anytime.
We have been thinking of putting a skylight over our staircase for a while. After reading the reviews from homestars we called skylights unlimited. Dennis was great. He addressed my questions and concerns. The skylight was installed last Thursday and it looks wonderful, giving us the needed light in that area of the house. It got its first test as today, Sunday we had quite a downpour and passed with flying colors.

Milorad and Sergen did our kitchen floor in the past and they did such a wonderful job that we asked them to come back as we had some more tiling that needs to be done since the cabinets had been installed. Sergen (Milorad's son) finished our kitchen reno by doing a beautiful job installing the backsplash and also our front foyer. He is great. He was professional, he answered all our questions, gave us a few suggestions. We are so proud to show off the kitchen (with his tile work), we even showed some of our co-workers the pictures he had posted in the homestars website of his work.
Kiya and his men did a great job in our home. We explained to him about the kitchen renovation, about what we will have installed and he explained what we need and why. He was willing to answer any questions that we have. We have a 50 year old home and some wiring were not updated, he replaced it without charging us extra instead of nickling and diming us for everything. I would definitely use his services again in the future if I need more work done.
We have nice kitchen floors thanks to Milorad and his son. They did an exceptional job. Milorad has a great eye for details and does not rush just to get the job done. He made my kitchen look like a work of art. When he finished grouting, we were not home but he waited for us to make sure that we are satisfied with his work. I had a hiccup with scheduling the other contractor and they worked it out so that they were not in each other's way. They were professional to deal with from beginning to end and I would highly recommend not only to my friends but my family too.
