This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. Alex was very pleasant to deal with and did a lot of extra things he didn't have to. (Example: he went and bought matching paint for a trim piece. Also caulked a floor near the window that was left unfinished. One day he came over and put weather stripping in a door that needed it). All the workers were very polite and professional. They cleaned everything up and even swept out my garage when they were done. I am very happy with the quality and overall look of the windows. I highly recommend Windows by Installer. P.S. Since the job in our house Alex has also installed windows for my close friend who lives 20 min away. He is just as happy as I am, and is very thankful that I had recommend Windows by Installer to him.

I would give Aida even more stars if I could! She saved my mind and life when my husband and I moved from our house of 20 years. Little, old, arthritic me was on the freaking ropes and she saved the day! Her can do spirit does not quit. She jumped in and kept saying to me, " Next!? Next ! " ( as in next job) as she blazed though jobs I had been dreading for weeks. It's amazing to say something and it's done! Do yourself a favor and call her for just about any job imaginable. Aida takes her service seriously and invests it with much pride and she's fun too ! A treasure! Thank you greatly.

After we tried calling several places to fix patches of carpet that our dog had chewed up, we were certain that we would need to tear up and redo the carpeting in our home. After calling these guys, they gave me a price quote per patch that was unbelievably affordable. We hired them a month later to fix the holes (one of which became even bigger). they fixed the 5 holes within an hour, brought a similar carpet that matched ours, and even cleaned up afterwards. Not to mention, gave us another price quote for all of the patches together, which was saved us even more money! We will definitely go to Chestnut Flooring in the future.
