I'm a big DIY guy and do all of my own pool maintenance but I've had one nagging problem I couldn't figure out. I brought in two other pool companies and spent almost $600 in service that did not fix the problem. I was skeptical about wasting more money on a third company but saw a friend recommend York Pool Services so I gave them a call. Mark called me back almost immediately. I explained the situation and Mark spent 30min on the phone trying to help. He then offered to come onsite and help me work through the problem - not as someone who was just going to fix it and leave, but rather help identify the problem and walk me through the repairs using my own parts. Mark showed up as promised and within 30 minutes we had made significant improvements. He showed me exactly what was happening and what I could do to repair it further. Mark was very knowledgeable and eager to help and I would definitely use York Pool Services again!

Steven, it was a pleasure working for you. it's nice to work with very educated and knowledgeable clients. We prefer to offer our services to those who understand their systems well and can opt for help by choice only when needed. This is why our first priority is to educated our clients about their pool and equipment as much as possible.
