I recently found myself in need of hiring a reliable pool company to service my pool and equipment. Through a referable from a friend, I found York Pool Service and Mark Leaman. I had asked Mark to come by to look at my equipment and provide with me a quotation. He took the time to explain how he opens and closes his customer’s pools as well as reviewing the price structure for his services. While he was at my house, I had asked Mark a question regarding a problem with my step jets. He examined the jets, found the problem and repaired it without cost. He recently closed my pool for the season. Mark and his team arrived on time, explained the process as it was being performed and cleaned up any debris left behind. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and high level of service and integrity.

We began using York Pool Services this past summer at the advice of close friends, and have never been happier. Mark is truly the ultimate professional and delivers outstanding service. He offers a "pool school" or a lesson on the ins and outs of your pool and its maintenance.
His dedication is second to none. He even found time in his tight schedule to replace an old pump just so we would be good to go for the long weekend. You will never use anyone else!

We just bought a house that has a 40' salt water pool, as new pool owners we really had no idea what we needed to do in terms of maintenance and start up, etc. Luckily we found Mark at York Pool Services who was kind enough to give us lots of instruction and help over the phone as our pool was already opened. He spent close to an hour explaining what we needed to do over the course of the summer. We booked our closing with him, he and another employee came on time, looking very professional and was extremely kind in answering all our questions. They did a fantastic job closing the pool, they took their time and never rushed. We couldn't be more happy that we found York Pool Services. They're prices were very competitive, the work was fantastic and they were very professional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! After having Avery disappointing couple of years it was refreshing to find someone who took pride in their work and took it seriously. I didn’t have teenage novices. But two adult pros. In a nutshell without makin a long winded story. I’m fussy and I’m happy.
